RETURN

At Pretty Gem you have 14 days to decide whether you are satisfied with your order. If you want to return a product, you must first contact us. 

 

This is how you return your order:

 

Please contact us via our customer service at the following email address: lisette@prettypretty.nl. It is important that you state your order number so that we can assist you as best as possible.

  •  

  • You will then receive further instructions from us and the address to which the products can be returned. ​

 

Return conditions:

  • The product must be in the same condition as it was shipped. 

  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at your own expense and risk.

  • The products you want to return will be returned in good condition. This means that the items may not be damaged or worn. 

  • If the product does show signs of use, we have the right not to accept the package or to reduce the value of the refund.

  • Orders that fall outside the 14-day return period will not be returned.

  • Earrings may not be taken over for reasons of hygiene.

  • Personalized products cannot be returned. ​

 

You will receive an email confirmation once we have received and processed your return. The entire returns process takes a maximum of 5 working days. Please note that we will not refund shipping on your original order.

 

It is not possible to exchange a product.
